Victoria Gudgeon is a ceramic artist living and working in Toronto. She graduated from OCAD University's Material Art & Design program, working in ceramics, fiber and jewelry. She is a part of a shared studio space located on Ossington & Queen where she spends her spare time working on "Made by: Victoria" her own line of home accessories and jewelry.
Victoria currently works as the Studio Facilitator at Inspirations Studio, an art-based social enterprise initiative that focuses on building marginalized and low-income women' s capacity to supplement their income through arts/craft training, production and business development with a particular focus on pottery.
She has also worked as an Art's Animator at Holland-Bloorview Kid's Rehabilitation Hospital, Children and Adult Ceramics Instructor and Studio technician at Riverdale Farm and an Artistic Resource Educator at Art in the Park/.C.A.R.E program in Trinity Bellwoods Park.
Victoria has participated in Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition, where she received the Marie Collins Memorial Award for Student Honorable Mention. She participated and helped arranged numerous student exhibitions including, OCAD Annual Student Exhibition, Materialized, One of a Kind Show & Sale, Radiant Dark, and World So Small.
